Fractured Hues: A Knight’s Tale marks my first-ever public release, crafted specifically for Brackey’s Game Jam 2025.1. In this adventure, you assume the role of a devoted knight on the verge of claiming the Crystal of Power to save his kingdom from ruin. Yet, in a cruel twist of fate, an evil necromancer intervenes at the final moment—unleashing a spell that splinters his very essence and scatters his knightly hues across a treacherous land.

His goal is both urgent and clear: recover every missing hue to restore his true form. As you traverse vivid terrains, overcome devious puzzles. Each magical item that you collect draws you nearer to your heroic destiny.

Will you retrieve every fragment and protect your homeland, or will the necromancer’s dark magic seal its doom? Embark on a stirring journey of courage, self-discovery, and redemption in Fractured Hues: A Knight’s Tale!

Interesting, short and sweet

Hey man, a friend sent this game to me, I enjoyed it a ton. Great concept, made me wonder how a longer version would work. It'd probably be a nightmare to design but what's here is great imo.

Hey! Glad you enjoyed it! And it made me really happy that someone shared my game! Thank you so much!

This was REALLY GREAT! I loved the concept, and I feel like it fit the theme.
It was a pretty relaxing game to be honest. The one thing I did not understand , are the blocks which materalize the platforms. (Like which ones do that)

At one point I thought that I soft-locked the game, but I finished it. :D

If this is really your first release, I can't imagine how good you will be, great job!

Keep up game development!

Thank you!! It means a lot! Yes it is  my first public release, i've been developing games for over 4 years now, always wanted to join a Jam and i guess it felt like the right time!

The Looking Glass materializes the transparent platforms, you need to press E after picking it up and platforms should be visible on the screen.

Im glad you enjoyed it and beat it!

Ah yes, I misunderstood it, I thought it needed some kind of a special block to activate :P, thanks for clearing up.

Now that I think about it, it would be a better option to mark certain blocks to enable the using of Looking Glass. Thank you for the idea! :)

Cool concept. I like the idea of looking for pieces of you around the game world. This role switching kinda reminds me of The Lost Wikings. Congrats on submitting your first game. Keep up with the good work dude.

Thank you so much! These words mean a lot!

Hello and thank you for your valuable feedback! I designed the game just like you said at first, but my play testers kept asking what do I do? Why am I here etc, When I added the dialogues they went away, to be honest I kinda feel like you do too, but the control group needed this.
